Occupational Therapy Evaluation
Have questions or concerns about your child? An evaluation can provide valuable insight.
We start by gathering information from parents through interviews and questionnaires. Then, we get to know your child through playful activities, standardized assessments, and clinical observations. Teacher input may also be included.
All findings are compiled into a detailed report, followed by a 45-minute parent meeting to review results, answer questions, and plan next steps. When relevant, we also offer a 45-minute school or team meeting to discuss outcomes and collaborate on goals.

Individual / Private Sessions
We don't do a one-size-fits-all approach. We look at your individual child. We help your child achieve the goals that are important to you both.
Our individual sessions often feel like a play date. We are respectful and gentle in providing structure and challenge to your child's play. We meet them where they are and build on their strengths while encouraging them to stretch where needed. Our sessions are carefully and thoughtfully created with your child's unique needs and personality in mind.
-
Sibling Sessions
We help siblings build positive, cooperative relationships, no matter the dynamics. Our goal is to create peace and harmony and lay the foundation for close, lasting bonds. Siblings do not need to be receiving individual occupational therapy to participate.

Camp Bloom
Camp Bloom is more than just a way to keep kids busy. Led by pediatric occupational therapy professionals, our camp blends fun with purposeful activities that build motor skills, social confidence, and emotional resilience.
With a low camper-to-staff ratio, we connect with each child individually, supporting their unique strengths in a welcoming, inclusive environment. Our expert-designed activities encourage movement, sensory play, creativity, and connection, all guided by warm, experienced staff who truly understand children.
Camp Bloom is playful, purposeful, and designed to help your child thrive. Children do not need to be receiving individual occupational therapy to participate.

Social Skills Groups
We incorporate the Zones of Regulation® and Social Thinking® curriculum to help children develop self-regulation, social thinking, and social skills.
Kids learn to recognize their feelings, read others’ emotions, follow group expectations, and use strategies to stay regulated or move between zones. They practice problem-solving, flexible thinking, and perspective-taking in small groups of six, led by an occupational therapist and assistant. Children don’t need to be in individual therapy to participate.
-
Handwriting Groups
We use Handwriting Without Tears®, a developmentally appropriate, multi-sensory curriculum for writing instruction.
During our groups, children focus on developing proper formation of capitals and lower case letters, proper sizing of letters, and proper spacing between letters when writing words. Children later refine proper letter formation with a focus on lower case letters. They continue to develop proper spacing between letters when writing words and learn proper alignment of words when writing sentences. Children do not need to be receiving individual occupational therapy to participate.
-
Intensives
Prepare for kindergarten, strengthen executive functioning, and build fine and gross motor skills with our focused 5–10 day intensives. These programs are designed to help children make meaningful progress quickly, while still engaging in fun, developmentally appropriate activities.

Parenting Support Groups
Children develop on their own timelines, and it’s natural to have questions or need perspective. Our parent support groups offer a safe space to share concerns and get guidance from experienced therapists.
Each week, we discuss topics tailored for you, offering practical insights and strategies to support your child’s development from birth through childhood. Our goal is to help you feel confident, informed, and supported in your parenting journey.
-
Private Parenting Support Sessions
Have questions or concerns about your child that you can’t figure out on your own? Private parent support sessions may be the right fit.
Parenting isn’t easy, and we all have moments of doubt. In these sessions, we listen without judgment, offer practical feedback, and help you explore strategies to connect with your child and become the parent you want to be.
-
Parent Meetings and Team Meetings
Building strong, collaborative relationships with families, educators, and other professionals is key to supporting your child’s progress and achieving the best possible outcomes. We prioritize clear and consistent communication, keeping you and your child’s entire team informed, involved, and aligned throughout the intervention process.
-
Progress and Graduation Reports
While we regularly track your child’s progress after each session, there are times when a more formal review is essential. Our progress and graduation reports provide a comprehensive summary of your child’s achievements, areas of growth, and ongoing goals. These reports give families clear insight into developmental milestones and the strategies that have been most effective, ensuring a thoughtful plan for continued success.
-
Workshops and Presentations
Want your teachers, staff, or parent group to better understand sensory processing, fine motor skills, emotional regulation, or giftedness? Our presentations provide practical strategies, resources, and insights to support children’s development. Workshops are tailored to your group’s needs.
